2D and 3D cross-sectional analysis per IPC-TM-650 2.1.1 and IPC-TM-650 2.1.1.2.
Thermal stress testing per IPC-TM-650 2.6.8 and reflow simulation per IPC-TM-650 2.6.27.
Evaluation per IPC-6012, IPC-6013, and IPC-6018 (Class 2 / Class 3).
AS9102 first article inspection with dimensional verification to ±700 nm accuracy.
Data Services
Every order flows through our customer portal: place orders online, see real-time expedite availability, track your samples, and watch in-process data as it is generated. Reports and historical data stay available for download — encrypted at rest and in transit.
